Additionally, it contains various forms and endorsements which are constantly changing from year to year. Most Insured’s have difficulty understanding them. A Public Adjuster represents you and has the resources to help you through the maze of estimating, documenting and filing your insurance claims. Julie Ann Lubarsky's Risk Management program provides a complete assessment of all insurable assets, with data stored in a CAT5 secure facility. Portfolio evaluations are given twice annually and a Business Continuity plan formulated. One of our staff is on call 24-7, 365 to handle all prospective losses. This is a Commercial & Industrial program but Residential services are extended to a few very select clients.
